An absolutely delightful birthday celebration

A delightful birthday celebration at My Wonderful Kitchen! See our menu for the evening filled with an array of delicious dishes that must have made the gathering truly special. Let's break down our feast and gathering:

Barbecued suckling pig and shredded jellyfish: A classic choice for a celebratory feast, the roast piglet is often enjoyed for its crispy skin and tender meat.

Stir-fried scallops and shrimp with Thousand Island dressing: The combination of scallops and giant shrimps is a seafood lover's dream. The deep-frying adds a delightful crunch.

Braised abalone and mushrooms with oyster sauce: Abalone is considered a luxury seafood item and pairs well with marinated mushrooms for a rich and flavorful dish.

Braised snow pea leaves with oyster source and eggwhite sauce: a dish both healthy and tasty, with the crab meat adding a decadent touch.

Braised swallow's nest with seafood in premium broth: A traditional and luxurious Chinese delicacy, shark fin soup is served on special occasions.

Fried rice with seafood and preserved vegetables; Braised e-fu noodles with assorted mushrooms: These staples round out the meal nicely and provide a satisfying base for all the other dishes.

Dessert Dumplings: Sweet dumplings are a delightful way to end a meal, and they can be filled with various fillings like red bean paste or sweetened fruit plus a variety of authentic Chinese desserts, bowls of red bean soup, etc. (daily sweet soup)

St Germaine Birthday Cake: A birthday cake is a must for this celebration, and St. Germaine's cake must have been a wonderful treat.
