FIRST VISIT TO THE ONE FUSION CUISINE

It was a freezing morning.  Temperature -10 C feel like -20 C.  I left home at 8:30 a.m. arriving THE ONE FUSION CRUISINE at 8:45 a.m.  When the restaurant opened at 9:00 a.m. there were already more than 10 people waiting outside the restaurant entrance.  It was a big contrast to last week when there were around 50 people awaiting in the lobby as all tables were fully seated.

Julie and I got a table for 5 persons.  As we sat down we phoned our daughter to come joining us at any time with her family.  Before long, they came.  We ordered our favorite dim sum.

We were impressed with the new decorations. The ceiling was unique like no other restaurants.  The wall  pictures matched with the floor design.  Layout of the tables and chairs were perfect leaving plenty of spaces for customers and waitress moving  freely in and out of dining area.  The water tanks for keeping live fishes, lobster and crabs were just like aquarium.  The restrooms was so impressive and classy.  I would say  the restaurant is one of the best I ever enjoy.
