I searched and found in Youtube this video series .  It has good content with step by step approach guiding ...." Blogger Tutorial for Beginners - What 's New in Blogger.com in 2018".  The series are about 3 - 4 minutes each. Its coverage is pretty comprehensive as it spans from the stage before you start the blog.  A blogger should answer 4 question before starting the blog. What is your target?  What attitude is appropriate?  Do I have the skill and knowledge.  Highly recommend this video series.  Have a nice and safe  weekend.
